War was a board game created by Guy Debord, a French Marxist philosopher. It never sold very well due to its extremely challenging nature. RSG, a software company, has built a very nice software version. It is available for download free at the link above – they call the game Kriegspiel. Supposedly RSG is being sued by Debord’s estate eventhough there were no copyrights and RSG shares the game for free.
I am just learning the game and hope to hone my skills. Practice and I’ll challenge you.
