According to USA Today, Barrow AK is the coldest city/town in the United States
This of course makes sense due to its location 320 miles north of the Arctic Circle border. Barrow is accessible only by Aircraft or a snow machine capable of long distances during the winter months. I hope to visit it. I will be in Deadhorse AK this summer which is close, but still oh so far away.
